All orders are printed one by one and follow serious quality control. The print needs to dry before we can handle, roll, pack and ship it. So please expect us to work 1 or 2 days to print your order plus 2 business days to ship it and the regular time to be delivered to your address. We will do everything to ensure you a perfect buying.
Worldwide Shipping
We are based in Amsterdam / Holland and we ship our prints using DHL services. Some countries and cities may have longer delivery times so in case you need a more precise delivery time or if you are experiencing any delay, please let us know.

Shipping Costs
All the costs will appear upon checkout but be aware that local taxes and import taxes might apply depending on each country and are not included in the shipping costs at the moment of your purchase.

Line Underline accepts payment via VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, and PayPal. If you need payment via bank wire transfer, please, write us an email message for further details.
Return and Exchange
We are quite sure that you will love your artwork. But if you change your mind about it and want to return your art, we always offer a 30 days refund. The item must return to us in original condition, on undamaged packaging or a similar tube or cardboard envelope (in the case of small prints). Please, note that you are responsible for the shipping costs to return your items under your own risk and expense. If a print is returned damaged we are only able to refund you 50% of the original value.
